Smartsoft Services helps small and medium-sized businesses get the most from Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central. We have been doing it since 2006, from Leicester, for companies across the UK.

Our story

Smartsoft was founded by Maaz Gulamnabi, an accountant who became an ERP consultant. He started in finance in 1995, moved into Navision consulting in 2000, and has implemented, developed and supported Dynamics NAV ever since, from Navision 2.01 through to Business Central. He also brings SAP experience.

That finance background shapes how we work. We start with your business processes, your ledgers and your reporting, then configure and develop the system around them. The goal is always a working solution that solves real business problems, not software for its own sake.

Our team also includes a full-stack developer who builds custom web applications and AI features. He created SmartOstad, a live AI-powered learning platform.

    Accountant turned ERP consultant, with more than 25 years implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV for small and medium-sized businesses in the UK and South Africa. Maaz combines deep finance knowledge with hands-on development, so systems are set up correctly and the numbers reconcile.

    Full-stack developer who designs and builds custom web applications with Laravel. Abdessamad created SmartOstad, a multilingual learning platform with live video classes, AI-generated quizzes and role-based dashboards, and brings a background in applied mathematics.
