Dynamics NAV and Business Central implementation

Full implementation for small and medium-sized businesses, from requirements to go-live.

We implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for small and medium-sized businesses. An implementation covers everything between the first conversation and the day your team starts using the new system: requirements, design, setup, development, data migration, training and go-live.

It suits businesses replacing an older accounting package, spreadsheets or an ageing ERP, and businesses already on NAV that want it set up properly. We have worked with Dynamics NAV since 2000, from Navision 2.01 through to Business Central, so we know how each version behaves and what is worth changing.

You get a system configured around your own processes and ledgers, a written record of what was agreed, trained users, and support after go-live.

What you get

  • Requirements to go-live

One team takes the project from the first workshop to the day you go live.

  • Set up around your processes

The system is configured to fit how your business runs, not the other way round.

  • A finance-led approach

Ledgers, VAT and reporting are set up by people with an accounting background.

  • Data migration included

Your data is moved from the old system and reconciled to the general ledger.

  • Training for your team

Hands-on training for directors and end users alike.

  • Support after go-live

Help with questions and problems once you are live.

Frequently asked questions

What size of business do you work with?
Mainly small and medium-sized businesses in the UK, including manufacturing, construction, distribution, retail, food production, chemicals and the public sector.
Can you take over a system someone else implemented?
Yes. We start by reviewing how the system is set up and where it falls short, then agree what to correct and what to support or develop.
