Business process analysis and fit/gap

We map how your business runs, find improvements, and document exactly what the system must do before anything is built.

Before anything is configured or developed, we look at how your business actually runs: how work moves between people, where it slows down and where information is typed in twice.

A fit/gap analysis then compares those processes with what Dynamics NAV or Business Central does as standard. Where the system fits, we configure it. Where there is a gap, we decide with you whether to change the process, use a standard feature differently, or develop something custom.

You receive a functional design: a written record of what the system must do, agreed before the build starts. It keeps the project to scope and gives you something to test against.

What is a fit/gap analysis?
It compares how your business works with what the system does out of the box. The "fit" is what works as it is, and the "gap" is what needs a change to the process, a different setup or custom development.
Do we need this if we already have a system?
