The challenge
Teachers, students and parents were juggling separate tools for video lessons, AI help, homework and grade tracking, with different logins and no shared picture of a student's progress.
The solution
Abdessamad designed and built SmartOstad, an all-in-one learning platform with one login for students, teachers and parents:
- live classrooms with HD video, screen sharing, a digital whiteboard, session recording and automatic attendance;
- an AI quiz generator that turns lessons and PDFs into graded quizzes with instant feedback, plus an AI homework helper, tutor and study planner;
- three role-based dashboards with secure, invitation-only parent–student linking;
- study rooms, real-time chat, notifications, a searchable library of lessons and past exams, and subscription plans.
